Privacy Policy – Tummers BV / EP:Tummers Ads Studio

Last updated: 4 November 2026

About this application

EP:Tummers Google Ads Studio, identified as “Tummers BV” on the Google consent screen, is an application operated by EP:Tummers for authorised staff to review advertising performance, prepare campaigns and manage creative assets.

This policy explains how the application accesses, uses, stores and shares information, including information obtained through Google APIs.

Information we access and collect

Google Ads information

The application accesses information from authorised Google Ads accounts, including account and campaign identifiers, campaign settings, budgets, statuses, advertising assets, product information and aggregated performance metrics such as clicks, costs and conversion values.

The application does not import individual customer orders or customer contact lists.

Google Drive information

When you connect Google Drive, the application requests read-only access. This permission allows access to files available to the connected Google account, including shared files.

The application uses file and folder information, including names, identifiers, file types and modification dates, to let you browse and select business assets. Selected images may be downloaded and stored with previews and source information. References to selected videos and spreadsheets may also be stored.

The application cannot modify or delete files in Google Drive.

YouTube information

The application displays publicly available information about EP:Tummers YouTube videos, including titles, video identifiers and thumbnails. It does not access private YouTube account information.

Application information

The application stores login credentials in the form of a password hash, session information, security records, campaign drafts, selected assets, approvals and processing results.

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Display advertising and product information.
  • Allow authorised users to find and select business assets.
  • Prepare and validate campaign proposals.
  • Submit separately approved changes to Google Ads.
  • Protect access to the application and maintain records of actions.

Connecting a Google account does not automatically authorise campaign creation or other advertising changes. Actual changes require separate approval within the application.

We do not sell Google user data. The application does not use Google user data to train or improve general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Information sharing

When a user requests Google Ads validation or approves campaign creation, the application sends the necessary campaign information and selected advertising assets to Google Ads. Validation may transmit this information even when no campaign is created.

Business assets selected from Google Drive may be included in these submissions. Users should select only material they are authorised to use for that purpose.

Loading YouTube thumbnails or opening a YouTube video may allow Google to receive technical information, including the visitor’s IP address and browser information.

Google processes information received by its services under its applicable terms and Privacy Policy.

Storage and security

Application records and imported files are stored locally on the computer running the application.

Access is protected by authentication, password hashing, session expiry and limits on unsuccessful login attempts. Google authorisation credentials are stored locally with restricted file access. Connections to Google APIs use encrypted communications.

No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Imported assets, campaign drafts and activity records remain stored until an authorised administrator deletes them. The application does not currently delete these records automatically.

Disconnecting Google Drive removes the application’s locally stored Drive authorisation credentials. It does not automatically delete previously imported files or campaign drafts.

You can also revoke Google access through your Google Account connections settings.

To request access, correction or deletion of information held by the application, contact us using the address below. Deleting local application information does not automatically remove campaigns or assets previously submitted to Google Ads.

Cookies

The application uses a necessary session cookie to maintain authenticated access.

We will update this policy when the application’s data practices change and revise the date shown above. Where additional permission is required, it will be requested before the new processing begins.
